Dhamma talk or sermon is a kind of study through listening way. This method is mostly used by the Blessed one within forty five years after his enlightenment. At the beginning, Buddhism becomes popular to the publics throughout this way. Today, Dhamma talk still plays the most important role in the contribution of spiritual development. In relation with this case, the seniors monks will be invited to deliver sermon in English for the benefit to those foreigners who seek for understanding the Buddha's teachings.
2-Vipassana Meditation
Meditation is the second motto of Buddhism "morality, meditation and wisdom". It is classified into two differnt types called "Samatha or Vipassana Bhavana(s)" Tranquility and insight development. It is the way leading to attain the inner peace or mental health. This will be instructed in English for both practice and thoery.

We recorgnize that there are many translation and counseling services in Cambodia but many people still find difficuty in seeking for someone who is really expert in English term regarding the Buddhist literature. In addition, social counseling is also a part of Buddhist psychotherapy and there should be such a service to fulfill that requirement.
4-Buddhist Discussion for Academic Research
Buddhist people learn the Dhamma based on tranditional way, monastic studies, transmission from generation to generation by mouth as we can see through several Buddhist councls after the Buddha passing away. The Buddha's teachings are found to be recorded on stone and palm leaves during the third Buddhist coucil onwards. At the first century AD, a famous Buddhist university known as Nalanda university was established in the North-west of India for Buddhist studies. It produced many scholars.
